The "Residenza Pizziniaco" is in the heart of Lecce, it is located close to the historical centre, in one of the most characteristic districts of the city, an urban area born at the beginning of the 20th century and once known as "Borgo Pizziniaco", a district characterized by a heterogeneous architecture that alternates modest buildings with villas and bourgeois buildings in "Liberty" and "Deco" style according to the prevailing taste of the period.
